DashGlider
DashGlider is an offline arcade game in which you glide a craft down a dark trench and dodge what is in it. This page explains what the app does and does not do with your data.
DashGlider does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
Information we collect
None. There is no account, no sign-up, no login and no field anywhere in the game that asks who you are. The app never asks for your name, email address, phone number or any other identifier.
Data stored on your device
To make the app work, DashGlider stores the following only on your device, using the operating system's local storage:
- Stage progress - which stages you have reached, your star rating and best distance on each.
- A log of your runs: the stage played, distance covered, score and when the run ended.
- Upgrade tiers you have purchased with in-game currency.
- Which in-game achievements have unlocked, and the date each one did.
- Small preference flags such as sound and haptics settings.
This data never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to DashGlider or to any third party. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes all of it permanently.
Permissions
The Android manifest declares the INTERNET permission, which Flutter's project template adds by default; DashGlider does not act on it and makes no network requests. Beyond that the app requests nothing - no camera, no microphone, no location, no contacts, no photo or file access.
Network use
DashGlider is fully offline. It contacts no server, opens no socket and embeds no web view. Every stage, sprite and sound ships inside the app, so it behaves the same in aeroplane mode as on wifi. The only moment anything leaves the app is when you tap Share yourself, which hands a short line of text to your device's own share sheet - you choose the destination, and nothing is sent anywhere until you do.
Third-party services
None. DashGlider integrates no analytics, advertising, attribution or crash-reporting SDK. Its dependencies are limited to local storage, state management, animation and formatting libraries, plus the system share sheet - none of which transmit anything about you.
Children's privacy
DashGlider is suitable for all ages. Because it collects nothing at all, there is no personal information of a child - or of anyone else - for us to hold, and nothing to disclose under COPPA, the GDPR or comparable rules. No age gate is needed and none is presented.
Your rights
Everything DashGlider keeps lives in its own storage on your device, so you hold it directly. Uninstalling the app removes that storage and every record in it permanently. There is no server-side copy to request, correct or erase, and no account to close.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
